Sparkles.

I've done some like these before, but I still wanted to put them on here.
I think the centers are different than before.

And then I made two of the following..

(so much prettier/sparklier in person!)

Here are a few of my latest flowers.

I love this sparkly material. It's got subtle little flecks of shimmer on it that makes it girly and cute!

The next two purple ones, I did basically the same technique, but they turned out so different.

The lighter one I freyed the edges a bit and I love the character it gives.
I added the little clear flower in the middle to give it a little something extra!

Also the 2 white ric rac headbands in the above photos are infant sizes I made to go along with these.

A black beauty

And this black beauty I am stoked about.
I used a different technique with a different material.
It's a black lace fabric, and although it is for someone else,
I think I'm going to make myself one!

Bold flowers!

I never knew I'd like zebra print with hot pink so much!

Brown with pink polka dots! Adorable ribbon. The pink flower center gives it the perfect embellishment!

These are so cute and shimmery!

These are hard to capture a good picture of. So cute and glittery in person. The entire rim is wire so it can be manipulated a bit. Which is nice if you wanted to make it a little poofy, or flat.



And this hot pink is one I thought would be awesome using 2 fabrics. A sheer hot pink with little sparkly pieces on top of a light pink/white mini polka dot cotton. So girly and fun!

Wedding flowers

I made these for Shannon's sisters...There's one headband and 2 different flowers...

 And for her two little nieces. 

Very simple, but cute!

Some pre-wedding hair

Shan's getting married on Saturday and since I wanted to try out my new curling wand...

 ..and see how it would work on her hair, we got together tonight and came up with this....

I did a chunky braid in front and lots of curls. And of course, the flower I made.
This wand is awesome!

Also I am loving these Redken products..

..and I am absolutely thrilled about this new waver!
It's deeper, so gives bigger waves.

Yes, I do find it necessary to have 3 wavers. haha.
I took it out of the package since this picture and tried it on Shan's hair.
Love it! Think I'm using it tomorrow on my own!

Rosette's a bit of tulle

Darling rosette's. These are 3 small ones put together:

....and a larger one. I can see where I need to add one more pearl.
